Our Story
LinkedAI Labs was born from a simple observation: most professionals have no idea why recruiters can't find them on LinkedIn. Having spent years as recruiters ourselves, we saw the same mistakes repeated — generic headlines, missing keywords, profiles that told no coherent story.
We built the first version of our LinkedIn Profile Analyzer to solve our own problem: we were tired of manually reviewing friends' profiles and listing the same fixes over and over. If an AI could scan a profile against recruiter search criteria and surface the gaps instantly, we could help millions of professionals instead of dozens.
