1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LinkedAI Labs ("the Service"), a product operated by Sabbagh Group ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Operator Information

LinkedAI Labs is operated by Sabbagh Group. References to "LinkedAI Labs", "we", "us", and "our" throughout these Terms refer to Sabbagh Group and its affiliated products and services.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: scraping, abusing rate limits, attempting to access other users' data, uploading illegal content, or impersonating others. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the profile content you submit for analysis. You grant us a limited license to process it to provide the Service (e.g. send it to our AI provider for analysis or post optimization and store the results in your history).

6. AI-generated content

Our AI suggestions are provided "as is" and may contain inaccuracies. Always review AI output before using it on your real profile. We're not responsible for outcomes resulting from AI-generated suggestions.

7. Billing & Plan Changes

When you upgrade your plan, we charge you only for the unused portion of your current plan at the new plan's rate. This "prorated charge" is calculated based on the number of remaining days in your billing period.

Minimum upgrade charge: The minimum charge for upgrading plans is $2 USD. If the prorated amount is less than $2 or results in a credit, you will be charged $2 instead. We will disclose this minimum when you confirm your upgrade.

Billing period: Your billing period end date does not change when you upgrade. Your new plan takes effect immediately after payment confirmation, and your next renewal will occur on your original billing date.

Downgrades: Downgrades are applied at the end of your current billing period. We do not process mid-cycle downgrade refunds to keep billing simple and transparent.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription anytime. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for the next period.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any reason at our discretion.

9. Marketing emails

If you opt in, we may send you product updates, launches, and occasional related marketing emails. You can opt out anytime in your account settings, and opting out will stop future non-essential marketing emails.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or that the Service will meet your specific needs.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
