Refund Policy

Overview

Payments for LinkedAI Labs subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. (or its affiliated entities), which acts as the merchant of record for all purchases. All refund requests are handled in accordance with Paddle's refund policy.

All transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights or statutory rights that may apply in your country or region.

Discretionary Refunds

Paddle may issue a refund if a request is submitted within 14 days of your transaction date.

Any discretionary refund granted by Paddle does not create an obligation to provide refunds in the future.

Statutory Withdrawal Rights

Depending on your country of residence, you may have statutory rights to withdraw from a transaction and receive a full refund. These rights are handled by Paddle as the merchant of record:

  • EU / EEA / Switzerland / UK: 14-day statutory withdrawal right for eligible transactions. This right applies to one-off purchases and to the first payment under a subscription. It does not apply once you have started downloading, streaming, using, or otherwise benefiting from the product, where you gave express consent to waive your withdrawal rights at the time of purchase. UK annual subscribers receive a new 14-day withdrawal window each time their subscription auto-renews for another year.
  • Turkey / Israel: 14-day statutory withdrawal right for eligible transactions.
  • South Korea / Brazil / China / Canada: 7-day unconditional right to cancel after delivery and receive a full refund.
  • Singapore: 5-day unconditional right to cancel after delivery or first access and receive a full refund.

Where local consumer protection laws grant rights that exceed this policy, those rights will always apply.

Technical or Product Defects

If you experience persistent technical issues or a material defect that prevents you from accessing the features or benefits as described, please contact our support team at support@linkedai.pro first to attempt to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, you may contact Paddle's support team directly. Paddle will issue a refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or exercise any applicable statutory withdrawal rights, please contact Paddle directly using one of the following methods:

  • Use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your transaction confirmation email.
  • Submit a request via the support link provided in your receipt or within your account's billing page.
  • Visit paddle.net and select the "Request refund" option.

If eligible, refunds will be processed using the same payment method where possible and within 14 days of approval. If you are unsure whether you are eligible for a refund, contact Paddle and they will do their best to help.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. If a transaction is not eligible for a refund, you may still cancel at any time to prevent future billing.

To cancel, log into your account, go to Account Settings > Billing, and select "Cancel Subscription." You may also cancel via the link in your subscription confirmation email or by contacting Paddle directly.

Billing Disputes

We encourage you to contact Paddle directly before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer. This typically results in faster resolution. If you initiate a chargeback, access to your subscription may be temporarily suspended while the matter is reviewed.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your transaction governs that transaction. Changes will apply prospectively and will not retroactively affect purchases completed before the updated policy takes effect. This policy is subject to and governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and Conditions.
